Our Journey to Safer Roads

Empowering Safer Roads Through Experience and Passion

At XForce Driver Training, we are committed to providing comprehensive and effective driver education. Led by Bradley Cooper, a former NSW Police officer with extensive experience in defensive high-speed emergency and pursuit driving, our goal is to instil safe driving practices, expanded situational awareness, and confidence in every learner. With a focus on real-world scenarios and practical skills, we ensure our students are not just prepared for their driving test but are equipped to handle any situation on the road. Brad offers lessons in your own vehicle, allowing you to gain confidence and familiarity with the car you’ll be driving regularly. With his extensive background, you’ll receive expert instruction tailored to your needs.

  • Our Vision To create a future where every driver on the road is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to drive safely and responsibly, reducing road trauma and enhancing road safety for all.
  • Our Mission To deliver exceptional driver training through personalised instruction, leveraging years of experience in policing and rescue. We aim to foster a culture of safe driving by focusing on practical skills, decision-making, and an understanding of the vehicle and road conditions.

Our Philosophy: #DRIVESOS for Safer Roads

At XForce Driver Training, our philosophy is centred around the core principle of #DRIVESOS – Drive So Others Survive. Drawing from extensive experience in rescue and policing, we impart crucial driving skills and a safety-first mindset to every learner.

Drawing from extensive experience in emergency response and law enforcement, we offer a unique perspective on the critical importance of safe driving. Our training is designed to impart practical knowledge and skills that reflect real-world scenarios, preparing learners to handle diverse driving challenges confidently.

We recognise that every learner is unique. Whether dealing with high anxiety or a more relaxed approach, we use our expertise to create a supportive learning environment. Our goal is to help each student develop the right mindset and driving habits, ensuring they are well-prepared for both their test and everyday driving.

Our training goes beyond just passing the driving test. We start with thorough vehicle orientation, covering everything from basic operation to essential maintenance tasks. This holistic approach ensures learners not only understand their vehicle but are also equipped to manage it effectively in all situations.

We believe in instilling a driving philosophy that goes beyond technical skills. Our approach fosters an attitude of respect and awareness on the road, aiming to create drivers who are prepared to anticipate and react to potential hazards. The goal is to not only pass the test but to Drive So Others Survive (#DRIVESOS).
